IAC2022 2022.9.18~22
We attended the IAC (International Astronautical Congress) 2022 held in Paris, France, from September 18 to 22, 2022. It was the largest of the many international conferences on aerospace engineering, and various spacecraft concepts were exhibited; it would have been extremely difficult to visit all of them in one day. The presentations of research results were more commercial than academic in nature. We presented our research results (concept, CFD analysis, and system optimization) on our future spaceplane (FuJin and RaiJin). We had many opportunities to talk with people from various companies and universities at the exhibition booth and after the presentations, and we felt that it was an environment conducive to discussions.
